Get a serial version, a cheap Chinese one is usual fine, and use a good serial to USB adapter, FTDI are the preffered chipset. You will also need the cable which is serial only. MotoTRBO is for the XPR series of DMR radios, it won't work with the HT1250.
There are multiple versions of Motorola's CPS depending on the radio.
